Workshop to turn meeting minutes into decisions and Linear tasks communicated through Slack. Configure environment with Claude and n8n, parse inputs from emails/meetings and automate ticket creation and Slack notifications.
Goal: automate conversion of meeting notes into decisions and Linear tickets, then broadcast them via Slack.
Method: prepare the stack (Claude, n8n, Linear, Slack, Gmail), build the pipeline incrementally and perform security checks.
Use case: extract decisions, create Linear tasks and notify teams on Slack to track post‑meeting actions.
