Complete a final project articulating diagnosis, KPIs, dashboard and executive delivery. The module provides a project brief, data loading, KPI production, dashboard construction and preparation of an executive delivery accompanied by a prompt log of the work.
Receive the project brief and load test datasets to build the solution from concrete data.
Perform diagnosis and produce the KPIs needed for monitoring, with guided hands-on work.
Build the final dashboard and report applying the design and usability principles covered earlier.
